BITES ON THE BOULEVARD
We’re bacckkk!!! Bites on the Boulevard will be hosting two events this year. The summer festival will be held on June 23rd from 5-9pm and the fall festival will be held on September 15th from 5-9pm. The event will be hosted by The MacArthur Boulevard Association, District 23 Boutique, and Ergadoozy. This event will benefit local area schools and The Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation.

Event Information:
Vendor Fees: We are seeking 50 vendors on a first come first serve basis.
Vendor fees are $50 per 10 x 10 booth.
Food Truck fees are $100 per truck/vendor
There is no electricity at this event. Vendors must provide their own power if they need it. Food trucks must have their own generators etc.
Bites on the Boulevard proudly supports local area schools. All event fees go to support local area educational institutions - public and private as well as The Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation. Fees must be paid online before each event deadline.
Event Deadlines
Summer Bites: June, 23rd deadline June 1st
Fall Bites: September 15th deadline Sept 1st.
Vendor Setup and Tear Down
12:00- 4:30 pm - Set up -- Vendors will be assigned times at a later date.
9:15-9:45 pm - Tear Down - No vehicles will be allowed to enter or leave the parking lot until after 9:15 pm.
Upon arrival, please check-in and you will be directed to your booth area.
All vendors must be fully set up by 4:00 and all vehicles must be removed from the parking lot by this time. No vehicles will be allowed in the area after 4:00 pm.
Insurance Information
We will need a copy of your certificate of business insurance. Please ask your insurance agent to add the following organizations and businesses to your insurance for the event:

Parking
Vendors may park their cars on the street or at the lot directly north of the Dollar General parking lot or at the previous Bites on the Boulevard parking lot located at 1413 S Macarthur.
Avoid parking in the Gym Zone parking lot -- your vehicles will be towed.
Social Media Marketing and Event Promotion
We want to make this extraordinary event for all parties involved. As such, we ask you to help share and promote this event on your social media channels. Social Media posts will be provided to help promote the event. Please use as you see fit. Tagging businesses in posts is also super helpful!
