DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION FOR US?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We ship out online orders once a day, Monday through Friday.  Any orders that come in after 3:00pm will be fulfilled the following day.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be fulfilled on Monday. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your package has shipped.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can review the status of your order by clicking on the account link at the top of the page, where you can sign In to your account. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the account link at the top right-hand side of the page and logging into your District23 Boutique account.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We will ship anywhere in the continental USA for a $10.00 flat shipping rate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return any product ordered online to your local District 23 store. Unworn items with tags attached can be exchanged for merchandise or online credit within 30 days. Please bring your receipt/packing slip with you so the store can accurately issue a gift card or exchange your purchase.

Sales merchandise, items marked down, and The Rabbit Hole items are non-refundable.

Purchases made between October 15 and December 31st are eligible for exchange or store credit through January 15, 2023. Tags MUST be affixed and receipt must be present. No price adjustments.

You can also return any product online by contacting orders@District23.com. We will e-mail you a return label for your item and a gift card will be issued. You will be notified once the return has been received and processed.
