HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We ship out online orders once a day, Monday through Friday. Any orders that come in after 3:00pm will be fulfilled the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be fulfilled on Monday. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your package has shipped.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the account link at the top right-hand side of the page and logging into your District23 Boutique account.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We will ship anywhere in the continental USA for a $10.00 flat shipping rate.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return any eligible online purchase to District 23 Boutique. Sale items, seasonal markdowns, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unworn items with tags attached may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit within 30 days. Please include your receipt or packing slip and your name, phone number, and email with your return.
