District 23 Boutique and neighbors: Elodie Grace, and Ergadoozy are excited to take over State Street and bring you Fall Pop-Up Market on State Street!
As the leaves change and the air becomes crisp, shoppers will be flocking to our vibrant and bustling avenue, making it the perfect setting to display your unique offerings. We invite vendors of all kinds to participate in this seasonal extravaganza, where you can connect with a diverse and enthusiastic audience. From handmade crafts to delectable treats, this event promises a delightful array of goods that capture the essence of autumn.

Vendors will be setting up in the District 23 Boutique, Ergadoozy, and Elodie Grace parking lots. The market will be held on September 21st from 10 am to 4 pm.
Event Location: Vendors will be setting up in the parking lots along State Street. State Street will not be blocked off. It will remain open for public parking and easy access for shoppers.

Event Date:
Saturday, September 21st 10am to 4pm
Vendor Fees:
District 23 is seeking 25 vendors on a first come first serve basis.
Vendor fees are $50 per 10 x 10 booth. Double booth space is available.
Food Truck fees are $75 per truck/vendor
Electricity:
Vendors must provide their own power if they need it. Food trucks must have their own generators etc.
Event Deadline:
August 31st
Vendor Set up and Tear Down:
Set Up at 8:00 am - Vendors will be given more details at a later date.
Upon arrival, please check-in and you will be directed to your booth area. All vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 am and all vehicles must be removed from the parking lot by this time.
Tear Down at 4:00 pm - No vehicles will be allowed to enter or leave the parking lot until after 4:00.
Insurance Information:
If you are setting up in the District 23 lot, we prefer a copy of your certificate of business insurance. Please ask your insurance agent to add the following organizations and businesses to your insurance for the event:

Parking:
Vendors may park their cars on the street or at the lot directly north of the Dollar General parking lot or at the previous Bites on the Boulevard parking lot located at 1413 S Macarthur.
Avoid parking in the Gym Zone parking lot -- your vehicles will be towed.
Social Media Marketing and Event Promotion:
We want to make this an extraordinary event for all parties involved. As such, we ask you to help share and promote this event on your social media channels. Social Media posts will be provided to help promote the event. Please use as you see fit. Tagging businesses in posts is also super helpful!
